Refund policy

Exchanges

We gladly accept exchanges within 14 days of receiving your item, whether you need a different size or prefer another product.

• Items must be unworn, unused, with tags, and in their original packaging
• Proof of purchase is required
• Please contact us on WhatsApp to request an exchange before sending back the item.
• Exchange must be for an item of equal or higher value

 

Returns

Please note: Returns are only accepted if the item is not as described or does not match the product details provided at the time of purchase.

In such cases:

• Contact us within 14 days of receiving your order
• Returned items must be in their original condition and packaging
• Once approved and inspected, a refund will be issued via the original payment method within 15 business days if the order was paid online

 

Important Notes

• Sale items can only be exchanged for items of equal or higher value
• Personalized items are not eligible for return or exchange
• Items sent without prior approval will not be accepted
